You are able to return your purchase within 15 days of receipt with a valid reason for return. Please ensure the item(s) are in the same condition as when they were sent to you. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. All original product and security tags must be intact and attached to the product. We are unable to accept the return of any items where the security or product tag has been removed.
Before returning the item(s), you will need to contact our Customer Service team on karan@jupiterrain.com quoting your original order number.
Please include any documentation originally received including a packing list or invoice and the completed returns form. We will notify you when we receive the returned item(s). We will then pass the product through quality control to ensure the item(s) are in the same condition as when they were sent to you.
We will then notify you when the order has been refunded after which you should allow 7-10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account. We may charge a processing fee on the returns. In the event that the above return guidelines are not properly followed, Jupiter Rain Inc, will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered, damaged or had the security tag removed. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements according to our sole discretion.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on bespoke items or items that have been engraved.
